  1. The Seller‘s privacy policy noted below, covers the collection, storage and processing of personal data as well as its processing limits and any other issues related to the protection of personal data of registered and unregistered users of the online store SHOP.
  2. Each time the Buyer visits the online store, the Seller uses cookies in order to optimize and to simplify the use of it. The Buyer can delete the cookies after each visit to the online store through his/her web browser.
  3. This website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analysis service of Google Inc, based on the use of cookies. (“Google”). The Google Analytics cookie stored on your computer enables us to analyse your use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website are usually transferred to a server of Google in the US and is stored there. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “anonymizeIp” for the purpose of IP anonymization. This ensures that, within Member States of the European Union or other Member State parties to the EEA Agreement, your IP address is truncated by Google, in order to prevent any direct personal references.      I. DATA AND PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED DURING THE PERIOD OF USING ONLINE STORE

1.1. Personal data that are collected during the period of using online store:

  • Name, Surname;
  • Age/Date of birth;
  • E-mail address;
  • Address;
  • Delivery address (if it is different);
  • Phone number;
  • IP address;
  • Payment data of the good/service;
  • Purchase history.

1.2.  All data submitted by the Buyer is stored at the Seller‘s database which is administered by the Seller, its employees and/or authorized personnel of the Seller.

 

      II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA PROCESSING. RIGHTS OF THE BUYER.

2.1. The Seller processes personal data when: such data is necessary for the services performed by the Seller related to the sale of Goods and/or other services on the online store; to order services sold by the online store – as far as such is required in order for the Seller to fulfill its purpose.

2.2. The Seller collects, stores and processes personal data for the purpose of effective sales under full transparency and without any tolerance for third party damages, when such parties do not use the online store.

2.3. The Seller has the right to use personal data submitted by the Buyer for direct marketing in order to ensure the development and convenience of the online store and its related services if the Buyer clearly expresses such a consent. The consent to process personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is given by ticking an appropriate box or by other means noted in the online store.

2.4. The Seller has the right to collect store and process the following data for the purpose of direct marketing: 1. Name, surname, 2. E-mail.

2.5. The Buyer has the right to revoke his/her consent at any given time. This can be done at the online store or by e-mail noted in the online store.

2.6. The Buyer has the right to alter, append or correct his/her personal data (excluding his/her e-mail address) at any given time if the Buyer submitted incorrect or incomplete personal data during the registration process or while shopping on the online store. The Buyer has the possibility to alter, append or correct his/her personal data in the User Profile or by directly contacting the Seller by the e-mail noted on the online store.

2.7. The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data collected, stored and processed by the Seller, by submitting a request in his/her User Profile or by e-mail. The Seller obliges to submit the information about the processed personal data within 30 (thirty) days of receiving such a request.

2.8. All data submitted by the Buyer is stored for a period of: 1 (one) year after the Buyer deletes his/her online store profile; if the Buyer is not registered on the online store – 1 (one) year after the Buyer’s last visit to the online store.

 

     III. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Only the Seller himself collects, stores and processes personal data. Personal data is not transferred to any third party neither for a fee or for free, unless if such is required in order to ensure appropriate and suitable services of the Seller and to government bodies in cases when such is required by law and when such government bodies have the right to receive such information and data about the Buyers.

3.2. The Seller has the right to submit personal data of the Buyer to companies who supply courier services, if the Seller uses such services in order to deliver the Goods acquired by the Buyer to him/her at the delivery address the Buyer noted at the time of the purchase.

 

      IV. SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Seller ensures that the data which was submitted by a registered or a non-registered Buyer of the online store is protected from any unlawful acts. The level of personal data protection meets the requirements of the laws.

4.2. The Buyer is obliged to store any and all data which was submitted at the time of purchase on the online store. A Registered User does not have the right to disclose his/her online store’s User Profile data to any third parties and is liable for such disclosure according to the terms of use of the online store.

4.3. The Buyer is obliged not to disclose any and all data of the other Buyers, if such data became known to the Buyer during his/her use of the online store. The Buyer must also immediately inform the Seller about accessibility of such data.

 

      V. USING SOCIAL PLUGINS

5.1. Website uses social plug-ins (“Plug-ins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). These plug-ins are marked with a Facebook logo or the phrase “Facebook Social Plug-in”.

5.2. When Buyer access a page on our website that contains a social plug-in, your browser creates a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is sent by Facebook direct to Buyer’s browser and then integrated by it into the website.

5.3. Due to the integration of the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that Buyer has accessed the corresponding page on website. If Buyer is logged onto Facebook, Facebook will be able to assign Buyer’s visit to Buyer’s Facebook account. If Buyer interacts with the plug-ins, for example, by pressing the “Like” button or by leaving a comment, the corresponding information will be sent by Bueyr’s browser directly to Facebook and stored there.

5.5. If Buyer doesn’t want Facebook to collect data via our website, Buyer must log out from Facebook before visiting our website.

 

      VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. A Registered User is informed about privacy policy changes on his/her Profile or by e-mail, which was submitted during his/her registration process at the online store. Unregistered Users are subject to all the Rules, including the Privacy policy which was valid during their time of purchase on the online store.

6.2. All issues not covered by this privacy policy are regulated by the Republic of Lithuania’s Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
